It took 6 weeks and it came out totally awesome! Just got done slicing it. Nice color and texture.
I have made this at home. Too much hassle mixing spices. Nothing beats the convenience of premixed spices. Also, I buy spices in bulk and they sit too long and loose potency and I have to throw them in the garbage. Wayne S Minnesota
Smells great! Just whipped up a 5lb batch and fermenting as we speak. Will know for sure in about a month, but so far so good!
